Symposium fees:

Please note: The symposium fees are in Swedish crowns. The approximate prices indicated previously in Euros was an approximate value based on the exchange rate in January 2010.
Students: 5000 SEK
Presenters of papers/posters: 7000 SEK
Delegates: 8000 SEK
One dinner ticket for spouse/accompanying person: 1000 SEK
Scholarships will not be awarded for this symposium.

9 April 2010: registration and payment for authors of accepted abstracts
10 May 2010: registration and payment for non presenting delegations
Please note: after 31 March 2010, we only accept credit card as payment.

Student registration
If you register as student, you should fax or e-mail a copy (or scanned) of your student card to the Registration Office as soon as you have finished your registration.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

Cancellation:

Cancellation should be written and sent via email to be received by the Conference Secretariat at secretariat@hues.se the latest on May 10. Cancellation fee is 750 SEK. There will be no refund for cancellation received after this date.

Changes:

Changes to your registered information must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretariat at secretariat@hues.se the latest on May 10. All changes received after this date, can only be made on-site at the venue when the symposium starts. Changes of registration information via telephone will not be processed.
