Poster presentation:

Poster Registration

Authors of accepted poster abstracts will register their poster at the symposium desk on Wednesday 9 June from 08:00 to 09:00 hrs. Each poster will be assigned to a numbered panel in the display area at the Poster Session. Only original contributions are accepted.

Poster Set-up and Display

A poster viewing session will be held on Wednesday 9 June, from 16:30 to 18:30 hrs. Authors will check-in and set up their posters the same day at 13:45-14:30. Display panels and poster pins will be provided by the organizers of the poster session. Panels will be removed at 19:00 hrs.
Maximum poster size allowed: 1m x 1m (preferably 85cm x 95cm) (exact measurement to be announced)

Poster Session

Posters will be displayed on the assigned panels and authors are requested to be present during the poster viewing session to answer questions and explain their poster to the participants.

Best Poster Awards

During the poster viewing session, the posters will be evaluated an ad hoc jury and by the audience. Results of the evaluation will be gathered right after the poster session and the jury will meet to select the best posters based on the evaluation by both groups.

Poster Award Notification

Winners of the best poster award will be notified the following morning, to make sure they attend the awards ceremony.

Awards Ceremony

Best poster winners will receive the prize during the award ceremony that will take place during the Dinner Party. They may have to prepare a brief presentation explaining their poster.

 

Oral presentation

Authors of accepted paper will register on the registration desk on Wednesday 9 June. Each presentation will be assigned according the the symposium programme.

All presentation should be made as POWERPOINT file. There will be a special desk designate to collect these files, grouped according the the sessions. All files should be ready to be copied. Please prepare your file in a memory stick or a CD.

Powerpoint presentations will be available for download from this website after the symposium. There will be no printed handouts.
