Aim

The aim of the symposium is to provide a forum for recent research and development on aspects of the urban environment. This symposium will be broad in scope. The last symposium was held in Madrid, Spain in 2008.

The symposium will focus on 6 topics covering the following aspects of the urban environment:

• GREENHOUSE GASES AND CLIMATE CHANGE

• RESOURCES AND URBAN ECOLOGY

• LAND USE AND SPATIAL PLANNING

ALL PRESENTATIONS WILL BE IN ENGLISH
