Urban Futures for a Sustainable World - Organisers: Chalmers University of Technology, Statens Vegvesen and NIVA
Oslo, Norway, June 1-3 2015
The Urban Environment Symposium was initiated nearly 30 years as a forum for research urban pollution. Since then the symposium has remained such a forum, but has evolved to encompass all aspects of the urban environment. Continuing this tradition, the 12th edition of the symposium will be broad in scope and include topics ranging from environmental pollution to management and climate change.
The 12th Urban Environment Symposium is organised by Chalmers University of Technology (Sweden), the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Statens Vegvesen) and the Norwegian Institute for Water Research (NIVA). The Areas of Advance Built Environment at Chalmers and the Oslo Centre for Interdisciplinary Environmental and Social Research (CIENS) are further contributor to the symposium.
